and/or the person issuing the invitation through bank statements from
the last six (6) months, demonstrating monthly income not less than ten
(10) current legal minimum monthly salaries (For 2025=3.500 USD*)
2. A written communication from the applicant detailing their full
identification and explaining the activities the foreigner intends to carry
out in the country (including details, participants, duration, schedule,
location, and other relevant aspects).
3. Documents showing business activities, market studies, investment
plans or procedures, company formation, negotiations, contract signing,
or commercial representation.
